What is the Heroes Club?
The Heroes Club is made up of Walkers, Runners and Pet Walkers,  just like yourself who have committed to raising a minimum of $1,000 for AIDS Walk Long Beach. The Heroes Club was started to acknowledge and support the hard work that you have put into making this annual event such a positive and powerful success. AIDS Walk Long Beach values our Heroes by providing a Event Day experience with additional incentives and benefits for becoming a club member.

What is the Life Partners Club?
The Life Partners Club is the exclusive club of Heroes Club members who have been members for 3 or more years.  Life Partners are listed in the quarterly newsletters as Life Partners as long as the Heroes Club status is maintained.  Life Partners also receive the beautifully embroidered Pique Polo Long Beach AIDS Foundation Shirt. Life Partners also receive two complimentary tickets to the post walk awards celebration "The Red Ribbon Affair".

Life Partners Elite are members who have raised $5000.00 or more every year and receive their name recognition on our new Donor Wall.

How to Join the Heroes Club
Becoming a Heroes Club member is easy. First, you must commit to raise a minimum of $1,000.  Simply complete this online registration form and be sure to click the box indicating you want to be a Heroes Club Member.  If you have already registered, simply go back into your Registration and update your profile by clicking on the option to become a Heroes Club Member.

You must be registered as a Heroes Club Member June 1, 2008 to participate in the Heroes Club Member's activities and receive all the benefits associated with being a member. Members are also permanently recorded in our Walk "Hall of Fame".
 

Club Member Benefits

As a member of the Heroes Club we will help you:

Enhance your fundraising.
The Heroes Club Newsletter will keep you up to date on workshops, events, and happenings available to Club Members. Invitations to breakfast meetings, your own personal fundraising coach, and easy Registration Check-In are just a few ways we say "Thank you" for the commitment you make to AIDS Walk Long Beach. The Heroes Club Coordinator is available to provide you with materials, information, and assistance to help you reach and even surpass your committed goal.

Make it easier to collect your donations.
Your pledge sponsors can send their donations directly to the Foundation office and we will credit your fundraising and update your page toward your goal.

Participate in Early Check-In.
The day before the event you can check-in and receive your t-shirts and incentives prior to the event. This means you avoid having to wait in any check-in lines on the day of the Walk and you'll have your T-shirt already to wear on Walk Day.

Enjoy Special Thank You Awards.
When you reach your goal of raising $1,000, you will receive the Heroes Club VIP Star Pass in which you will be escorted to our Heroes Club VIP Tent.

• Enjoy at sit down breakfast at the exclusive Heroes Club Hospitality & VIP Tent.
• Enjoy the private Registration Check-in for Heroes Club Members away from the Walk Day Crowd.
• Receive a limited edition Heroes Club Member gift.

• A special Heroes Club T-Shirt.
• A Heroes Club Member Award Certificate.
• Plus you still get all the regular incentives you qualify for as a participant.
