Day - Faster Check in for 2009!
The easiest of all
registrations is by doing everything on-line. In fact, on-line
participants raise 60% more money than those who raise funds
strictly offline. But on the event day
you still need to check in and turn in any additional off-line funds
you have collected. We've been
improving the process each year and this year is no exception.
In fact, by registering on line your package will be ready to go
except for the additional funds you turn in on Walk Day.
We've
practically have eliminated the check-in lines over the last few years
and for 2009 you'll see even faster check-in process.
For 2009, we are using the same process with
refinements. Your feedback and comments help us
improve the check-in process with constant
refinements. Volunteers make all the difference, so if you
want to help out and walk, or just help, volunteer! Just download

Everyone must check-in at
Registration Check-In
On Event Day all you have to do
is:

Runners
go straight to 5K/10K Registration Run
Check-In
and get your
Bib Number.

All Walkers go first to the
Walk
Check-In table
and prep your envelope.

All Pet Walkers go first to the
Pet Walk
Check-In table
and prep your envelope.

Team Members go to Teams Check-In
table and prep your envelope.

Next you will then take your envelope to the Check-In Station.

Registration will give
you the "package" with your paid registration fee and
claim tickets for all incentives you have earned for your
fundraising.

the Walk Incentives booth.

Team Captains check-in
at the Team Center for
your Team Sign and Team Photo
Teams:
Team Check-In Closes at
8:55 AM
Team Photos Open at 7:00
AM, Last Team Photo at 9:00 AM
Team Photo Pick-up at
Team Center Available at 10:30 AM
All Teams
should report to the Team Center after Registration for a Team
Photo.
