Check-In on Event Day - New Faster Check in for 2010!

The easiest of all registrations is by doing everything on-line.  In fact, on-line participants raise 60% more money than those who raise funds strictly offline. But on the event day you still need to check in and turn in any additional off-line funds you have collected.  We've been improving the process each year and this year is no exception.  In fact, by registering on line your package will be ready to go except for the additional funds you turn in on Walk Day. 

We've practically have eliminated the check-in lines over the last few years and for 2009 you'll see even faster check-in process. For 2009, we are using the same process with refinements.  Your feedback and comments help us improve the check-in process with constant refinements.  Volunteers make all the difference, so if you want to help out and walk, or just help, volunteer!  Just download the volunteer form or click on the Volunteer link.

Fast, Simple and Easy!

Everyone must check-in at Registration Check-In

 

On Event Day if your Pre-Registered Online, go to the Registration Tent:

  • All Runners go straight to 5K/10K Registration Run Check-In  and get your Bib Number and Run Shirt.

  • All Walkers get in line by your last name at the Registration Walk Check-In area, pick up your shirt and turn in any additional fundraising donations.

  • All Pet Walkers get in line by your last name at the Registration Pet Walk Check-In area, pick up your shirt and turn in any additional fundraising donations.

  • All Team Members get in line by your last name at the Registration Walk Check-In area, pick up your shirt and turn in any additional fundraising donations.

That's it!  If you earned fundraising incentives just go the to Walk Incentives tent nearby

  • Pick up the incentive coupons you've earned at Check In when you turn in your donations.

  • Registration will give you the "package" with your paid registration fee and claim tickets for all incentives you have earned for your fundraising.

  • Claim your incentive at the Walk Incentives booth.

Team Captains

  • Team Captains check-in at the Team Center to get your Team Sign and Team Photo appointment.  One photo of your team is included with your team registration.

 

Teams:

Team Check-In Closes at 8:55 AM

Team Photos Open at 7:00 AM, Last Team Photo at 9:00 AM

Team Photo Pick-up at Team Center Available at 10:30 AM

All Teams should report to the Team Center after Registration for a Team Photo. 

 

Registration Check-in Opens at 6:30AM

Run Registration Closes at 7:45 AM

Walk Registration Closes at 9:00 AM
